Hypnotherapy Pre-Session Information

Your session is your safe space to reconnect with yourself so we want to be on time and for there to be no interruptions.

In the days before your session I recommend that you have a think about what is really bothering you, in all aspects of your life, without judgement. And think of what you really want to work on in our session. We’ll do a 360 of your mind, body, heart and soul, but, we’ll also focus on whatever you want to tackle right now. If that makes any changes to your Intake Form don’t worry, you can update me at the beginning of our session.

Feel free to go to sleep the night before your session imagining what you want for your life to be like if all of those problems or that particular issue were gone.

On the day of your session I strongly recommend that you’re well hydrated, get some fresh air and eat some of your favourite nutritious foods. This will help your brain and mind to function well and feel more in tune with yourself.

Please notify anyone that you need to that you will be unavailable for the duration of our session. and turn off any potential distractions or disturbances. We don’t need complete silence and noises outside are not an issue – we’re just trying to avoid phones ringing and people interrupting you.

Please have some water, tissues and anything else you may need handy. You don’t need a special chair or to lie down in your session but I want for you to be comfortable so a blanket or cushion can be a great idea. Have a check on the heating or the fresh breeze so that you won’t get too hot or cold.

Then, 5-10 minutes before our zoom please sign on and ensure that your zoom is working correctly. If you have any problems just call me on 07534143218. We can always use zoom on a tablet or phone instead (or a last resort, just a phone call if the session does not need to be recorded).
